Overview

Forged Trunnion Ball Valve is mainly used in pipelines for cutting off, distributing and changing the flow direction of the medium, and the ball valve designed with a V-shaped opening also has a good flow regulation function. Its opening and closing member is a ball, through the use of the ball around the axis of the stem rotation of 90 degrees to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. Different materials are selected, which can be applied to a variety of media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, etc. respectively.

The Forged Trunnion Ball Valve is easy to operate and quick to open and close, from fully open to fully closed with a 90° rotation, making it easy to control from a distance. In addition, it is easy to maintain, because the structure is simple, and the seal ring is generally movable, disassembly and replacement are relatively convenient. It has a wide range of applications, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and high vacuum or high pressure.
